Request a Memorial Card:
You may make a donation to the The
Dragonfly Project and request a "Memorial Card" in honor of someone
who has recently died.
We will send the card to the person
grieving the loss of a family member or friend.
The inside of the card will read:
A donation
has been made to
The Dragonfly Project
in memory of
(person who has died)
by
(your name)
To request a Memorial Card, please write to us at

Please specify:
1. card you are requesting (Gibson or
Crozier card);
2. person(s) name in memory who recently
died;
3. person(s) grieving the loss (receives
the card);
4. grieving person(s) mailing address;
and,
5. person(s) making the donation.
Please understand that it sometimes takes
us two
weeks or more to complete your request.
If the card you request is temporarily
out of stock, we may substitute one of the other designs.
All checks should be made payable to The
Dragonfly Project.
